Meet The Accession3 Team
Behind Accession3 is a close-knit team of business advisors and accountants who genuinely care about the people they work with. We believe great advice starts with strong relationships, clear communication and a real understanding of what success looks like for you.
Our team brings together experience, strategic thinking and practical support, working alongside you through every stage of business and life. From long-term planning to day-to-day guidance, we are here to make the complex feel simpler and help you move forward with confidence.
Myfanwy Rigby
Director

She believes accounting is about far more than numbers. It is about relationships, trust and helping people build a life that works for them and their families. Myf takes pride in being an educator, a sounding board and an accountability partner, walking alongside clients as their goals evolve.
Her favourite part of her role is the relationships she builds with both clients and the Accession3 team, and seeing people achieve outcomes they once thought were out of reach. Outside of work, Myf enjoys reading anything but tax legislation, relaxing, skiing on both water and snow, and spending time spoiling her great niece and nephews. She supports the Reds, the Wallabies and Australian teams on the international stage, and loves either a hot sunny beach or a crisp ski field.
Taylor Liesch

Taylor is a Partner at Accession3 known for her caring nature and responsive approach to client service. She brings strong technical expertise alongside a genuine commitment to ensuring clients always feel supported, heard and prioritised.
She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and values the variety that comes with it. Building long-term relationships and helping clients feel confident in their financial decisions is what drives her work each day.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with husband Ben and son Jaxon and her Golden Retriever, Pacho. She has a soft spot for country music and loves visiting Hervey Bay, a place filled with childhood memories and family connections. When time allows, she also enjoys heading off on caravan trips.
Amy Lymbery
Client Manager

She supports clients with bookkeeping and cashbook queries and is known for her reliability, calm approach and practical problem-solving. Amy values the constant opportunities for growth within the firm and enjoys continuing to develop alongside the clients she supports.
Outside of work, Amy keeps busy with her growing boys and can often be found cheering them on from the sidelines at soccer. She is also getting back into gym life and tackling the never ending list of home projects. When it comes to holidays, she loves cruising and dreams of one day taking an around the world cruise.
Brendan Worrall

Brendan enjoys the problem solving side of accounting and working closely with clients to help make sense of their financial position. He also values being part of the close knit Accession3 team and the collaborative environment it creates.
Outside of work, Brendan spends much of his time wrangling his two kids. When he gets a moment to himself, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games and getting to the gym. His favourite band is The Beatles.
Emilie Hynes

Emilie is an Accountant at Accession3 who supports clients with their day-to-day accounting needs. She is committed to providing clear guidance and dependable support, helping clients stay organised and on top of their financial obligations.
Emilie completed her Bachelor of Accounting with UniSQ in 2025 and is committed to building her knowledge while learning from the experienced team around her. She values being part of a supportive environment where collaboration and shared expertise help deliver the best outcomes for clients.
Outside of work, Emilie enjoys playing Oztag and heading off on camping trips around Queensland with her partner. She is also a keen Brisbane Broncos supporter and loves cheering them on whenever she can.
Lindsay Doyle
Senior Administration
Lindsay is a senior administrator at Accession3, making sure daily operations run smoothly so the team can focus on delivering exceptional results for clients. With a strong background in administration, she loves creating efficient workflows, solving the daily puzzles that come with a busy office, and making sure both clients and staff always have what they need to succeed.
Outside of work, Lindsay can usually be found at home working on her latest quilting project – she loves the creativity of piecing beautiful patterns together. Most of all, she cherishes time spent laughing, sharing meals and making memories with her family and friends.
Rachel Santos Villaflor
Administration Assistant
Based in Manila, Philippines, Rachel has been part of the Accession3 team since 2014, providing dependable behind-the-scenes support that keeps everything running smoothly.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, Rachel began her career in media production before moving into a role supporting an Australian company in Manila, where she gained experience in media marketing and executive administration. Working with international teams, she developed a strong appreciation for Australian working culture, which ultimately led her to Accession3.
Rachel supports the team across a wide range of administrative tasks, helping ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Outside of work, she loves travelling and has visited 33 countries over the past decade. Her favourite destinations include Switzerland for its breathtaking views, Morocco for its incredible food, and Japan for its shopping. She’s also a fan of the band Yellowcard and follows the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA.
